You can explain and apologize if you want, and they will understand the situation too. If you feel not well, go and visit a doctor or when you see a sick person try to convince him to do so.

Use your personal stuff; you may need to write or sign a paper; it is a good idea to keep your own pen and use it everywhere. If you are on a business trip, you may need to eat somewhere or have a business lunch. In any case, try not to touch others’ belongings.

Be aware of your personal belongings; Viruses can also be spread through droplets landing on surfaces. You may put your phone, suitcase, or purse in the places that infected with viruses, so be aware of where you put them.

Always wash your hands; this is a general suggestion for everyone and actually the most important one. By washing your hands, you may protect yourself and your family from this virus. Wet your hands with clean, running water and apply soap. Lather your hands, including the backs, between your fingers, and under your nails and scrub for at least 20 seconds.
